We will match your event needs to Yorkshire’s venue portfolio and submit the information you complete to those of our partner conference bureaux and venues which offer the right product to meet your needs. You will be contacted directly and within 48 hours with venue proposals from those bureaux and venues which can accommodate your enquiry and with apologies from those which can not.    

Please complete as much information as you can on the Conference Enquiry Service form so that we can advise you on the very best venue options for your event. We know that forms of this nature don’t always allow you to express exactly the real essence of your event, neither does everyone like filling in forms and you might not be at the stage where you want to go ahead with an enquiry, in which case we would be very pleased if you called us directly to discuss how we can help.

If you wish, you can pre-select some venues which best fit your event needs and add them to the enquiry form. Click on Venue Search to browse for best fit venues and select the Add to My Favourite Venues button  for any which look like they might be good prospects for your event. When you return to the Conference Enquiry Service form, your favorites will be listed; we’ll treat these as priority options and they will inform our suggestions for other similar venues.

Of course, if you find the exact venue you are looking for while you’re browsing in the Venue Search area you can always contact the venue directly. But venue finding can be time consuming work so please do not hesitate to complete the form or give us a call.
