Conference bids, especially for international events, are often required to demonstrate
a winning combination of, for example, an excellent scientific programme and destination
proposal. We can incorporate your technical proposal into a package of bid documentation
that really sells the proposed destination and venues to the decision-making committee.
We can also put you in touch with expert destination management companies who
will be able to quote on a variety of social programmes and transport options.
In addition to our in-house team at Yorkshire Tourist Board, we have a partner
network of 5 Conference Bureaux, covering 123 conference destinations. Each bureau
can provide you with a tailor made proposal, by your simply completing the on-line
enquiry form. Information requests can also be sent by fax or post, or by calling
the bureau direct.
The bureaux can also set up site visits to your short list of venues and destinations,
as well as recommend accommodation options for events of all sizes and budgets.
