About the Venue

Experience world-class conference facilities in Yorkshire’s favourite spa town. Harrogate International Centre is equipped to the very highest standards in Europe and provides first class facilities for major national and international events.
 
HIC’s 2000 seat conference auditorium is interlinked with eight purpose built exhibition halls that provide 16,500m2 of exhibition space. The latest development to the HIC complex is the superb new £5m Queen’s Suite providing essential additional breakout space vital for major conferences and exhibitions. Incorporating one large room capable of seating 600 people theatre style the Queen’s Suite is subdivisible into any combination of up to ten fully sound proofed rooms each accommodating 50/60 people seated theatre style.
 
Full catering facilities are available at the Centre provided by HIC’s partners Crown Venue Catering. The in-house Technical Production Team provides state of the art lighting, sound and set design, there is full Event Management Support and the HIC Accommodation Booking Service at Harrogate’s Tourist Information Centre completes the Harrogate package.

M1 north to Junction 48. Join the A1M northbound. Take the A661 Wetherby junction and follow A661 to Harrogate or carry on to A59 Knaresborough/Harrogate junction – stay on A59 through Knaresborough to Harrogate.
 
Via A1 from South/or North.
 
A1 to Wetherby exit – 9 miles to Harrogate (A661) or  A1 to Knaresborough exit – 9 miles to Harrogate (A59).
 
From the West (Manchester or Manchester Airport).
 
M56 to M63 to M62 Junction 29 taking the M1 northbound to Junction 48 to merge with the A1M. Travel north taking the Wetherby turning using the A661 to Harrogate or carry on to A59 Knaresborough/Harrogate junction – stay on A59 through Knaresborough to Harrogate.
 
From the East (Hull area).
 
From Hull take the M62 to Junction 29. Take M1 northbound then merge with A1M taking the Wetherby turning using the A661 to Harrogate or carry on to A59 Knaresborough/Harrogate junction – stay on A59 through Knaresborough to Harrogate.
 
From the East (York/Scarborough).
 
A64 to York – A1237 around north of York and A59 to Harrogate via Knaresborough.

Directions from this station: Harrogate Train Station is in the centre of Harrogate and is a 5 minute walk to HIC.
 
Train services to and from London Kings Cross is run by GNER www.gner.co.uk. These run to either Leeds or York.
