About the Venue
A Grade II Victorian listed building set in relaxed and peaceful surroundings,
which combines state of the art training and conference facilities with the splendour
and beauty of Victorian architecture.
Swinden House has 10 conference rooms to choose from, each available in a variety
of sizes and layouts to suit your individual needs and tastes, varying from the
prestigious Boardroom to the spacious Auditorium. Our rooms provide a suitable
venue for business meetings, conferences and training courses away from the hustle
and bustle of the city.
The conference and training centre at Swinden House, Moorgate Road, Rotherham is
ideally located in the Heart of South Yorkshire with excellent links to the M1
and M18 and plenty of free parking.

Directions by Road:
Nearest main road: Bawtry Road
Directions from this road: From the M18, follow the sign for the A631 (Bawtry
Road). At the crossroads keep in the right hand lane and turn right in to Moorgate
Road (follow signs for Rotherham District Hospital). Proceed along this road for
1 mile. Swinden House is on the right hand side directly opposite the hospital,
situated right at the end of the driveway.
From Junction 33 of the M1. Leave the M1 at Junction 33, follow the signs for
Rotherham A630. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Bawtry A631
and Rotherham District Hospital. At the traffic lights keep in the left filter
lane, and turn left on to Moorgate Road. Proceed along this road for approximately
1 mile. Swinden House is on the right hand side directly opposite the hospital,
situated right at the end of the driveway.

station and two miles from Rotherham station.
