About the Venue

The University of Sheffield has recently embarked on a project of rejuvenation within its residences.  The project will enhance our already very impressive portfolio of facilities, creating two new accommodation and event villages and refurbishing the current heritage style properties.

The Endcliffe Village will have facilities including:
o        over 2000 new en suite bedrooms
o        a central catering and event hub, ‘The Edge’
The Edge will provide our visitors with 250 seat dining, bar, café and flexible event space in a contemporary setting.

The Ranmoor Village includes a smaller scale catering hub, ‘The Ridge’ and over 1000 new en suite bedrooms.

We also have a collection of Heritage style Halls of Residences that will be refurbished to include state of the art facilities in a more traditional setting; ideal for those that prefer an older style of building.

A short walk from the town centre, and minutes from the M1, all facilities are well located for both city centre attractions and the surrounding parklands and Peak District.
