About the Venue
The Yorkshire Event Centre was built with versatility in mind – we offer a blank
canvas which gives you the freedom and flexibility to be as creative as you like.
The Yorkshire Event Centre features two halls nestling within grounds that extend
over 250 acres, with fabulous views across the beautiful Crimple Valley.
Offering 5,372m2 of event space on a single level giving easy access for all;
the Yorkshire Event Centre is the ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions, large
parties, dinners, team building days and much, much more.
The central location of the venue is convenient by road, rail and air. When
you arrive there’s ample, free car parking and easy access to the halls means
that everyone arrives stress free - ready to enjoy the day. We support you with
a team of venue managers who are on hand, both before and during the event to
help ensure that your event is a success.
And after your event you can enjoy the cosmopolitan town of Harrogate, just over
one mile away, with great shopping, restaurants and bars and a good selection
of places to stay.

Approaching from the north or east - turn off the A1 onto the A59 York/Knaresborough road in the direction of Knaresborough.
Go straight over the first roundabout, at the second roundabout take the A658
Bradford/Harrogate exit, straight across the third roundabout and turn right at
the fourth roundabout onto the A661. Turn left at the traffic lights at Sainsbury's
into Railway Road and follow the signs for YEC.
Approaching from the south - turn off the A1 at Wetherby and follow the signs for Harrogate (A661). Go
straight across the roundabout and turn left at the traffic lights at Sainsbury's
into Railway Road and follow the signs for YEC.

venue is about a 15 minute walk away
Alongside the bus/rail station is a taxi rank. Travelling to Yorkshire Event
Centre from the town centre by taxi/car would take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
